The TOPO® Shotgun Subcloning Kit allows for rapid blunted ending and cloning of sheared DNA molecules obtained from the Gene Machines HydroShear.

Sheared DNA is cloned into the pCR4Blunt-TOPO vector and processed for downstream sequencing reactions.
